I’ll – FENRIR

"[...] At the sight of Mark putting the gun to his head, everyone backed a step. He had been acting strange, as if it was an old “him”. They knew better, but couldn’t tell exactly what it meant to have him by their side. He had join them, followed them, walk amongst them… and throughout this shadow-filled, dark laid place, they together sought the Prime Shadow; the cause of this mis-happening of fate. They had found it; it was their companion all along. A detonation, the evoker had been shot. Out of the mind of the man spewed out a beast; tearing the flesh and the bounds of chains and darkness… And it was the real one, the real Mark that appeared, pushing its friends, begging to face the shadow alone. Equipped with a sword, he marched toward the shadow. Blade and ice, claws and darkness; the feral wolf against the dark one… […]”

"[...] The fight hadn’t end in victory for either. A pact, an exchange of words… the shadow was both the dark past and the shadowy path Mark would take in its life. There was no need for acceptance; it was an agreement that each would have their parts in the feast of life. The wolf was bound, but not chained. “I’ll tame him, until my own, personal Ragnarök” he said. Presented with one of evokers, mysterious arms to summon their personas, Mark refused. Faced with death in his past, he could vividly remember, feel back the essence of death; the feeling that corrupts the mind and the body when life fades from oneself… he felt he could, proudly, lift his arms, reach for the sky… and call forth his persona, his anti-shadow, his ego; the chained god-wolf Fenrir.”
